(十)抱虎推山
1.转身搂掌:身体左转,左腿弓住塌劲,右脚跟外摆,落地踏实,身体重心随之移至右腿,左脚跟抬起,脚尖着地;同时,左手逆缠向右划弧下落至胸前,掌心斜向右,掌指向上,右手向左提起至左腕下侧,掌心斜向下,掌指斜向左前下方。紧接着,抬起左脚向左斜前方上步,脚跟先着地,脚尖翘起;与此同时,左手继续逆缠向左侧下方搂转,手至左胯斜前方,掌心斜向下,掌指斜向前,右臂屈肘,右手向上提转至右耳侧,掌心斜向前,掌指斜向前上方,眼看左前方(图44、45)。

2.弓步抱推:身体稍左转,左脚尖落地踏实,随之向前弓膝塌劲,成左弓步;同时,左手变顺缠,掌心转向上,掌指向右,臂成弧形,右掌向前推出,掌心向前,掌指向上,屈臂,掌不要超出前脚尖,眼看前方(图46)。

3.跟步合抱:身体稍左转,左腿弓住塌劲,右脚跟抬起外展;同时,两手逆缠向内向下划弧转至两胯前,掌心向下,掌指向前。紧接着,两手继续逆缠向外、向上划弧转至胸前,两臂屈肘,两手合抱于胸前,掌心斜向前,掌指斜向上;与此同时,提起右脚向前跟步,落在左脚的右后侧,脚尖着地,成右后虚步,眼法不变(图47、48)。(胸向正东)
