(七)进步左搬揽捶
1.进步搬捶:身体稍右转,右腿弓住塌劲,脚尖外摆,随之,左腿屈膝,左脚跟抬起,外摆,身体重心前移。接着,提起左脚向前上步,脚跟先着地,脚尖翘起,形成左前虚步;同时,左手向下转至腹高握拳逆缠,屈臂向内向上转至胸高、变顺缠,向前打出,拳与下颌同高,拳心斜向内,拳背斜向前,右手心反向上,向右向上划弧转至肩高屈臂向内按至左肘内侧,掌心斜向前,掌指斜向前上方,眼看前方(图31、32、33)。

2.上步揽捶:身体左转,左脚尖外摆,落地踏实,向前弓膝塌劲,右脚跟翘起,外摆;同时,左臂屈肘,左拳下沉收转至腰侧,拳心向上,小指侧贴于腰部,右掌贴左臂上侧向前推掌,随之提起右脚向前上步,脚跟先着地,脚尖翘起,成右前虚步;与此同时,右掌变拳逆缠向内,拳心转向下,拳眼向内,眼法不变(图34、35)。

3.弓步打捶:身体稍右转,右脚尖落地踏实,向前弓膝塌劲,左腿自然伸展,形成右弓步;同时,左拳顺缠向前上方打出,拳与胸同高,拳心向下,右臂屈肘向内,转至左臂下侧,拳型不变,眼法不变(图36)。(结束动作的定势胸朝东)
